Where are you? 

I went on a buying spree on Amazon. I bought some books on mindfulness.  I also bought this.

So each night this week, I’ve picked a page and answered the prompt. I labeled it with the date so I can go back and read them whenever I’m feeling off or just want to remember the specific things I wrote down. 

I’m finding that blogging and journaling is helping with my anxiety. It’s an outlet for the anxiety to go in a healthy way. 

Today I filled in a map of the places I wish to go to one day. Hopefully those wishes come true.
